Xclusiv Shipbrokers Inc. is an international shipbroking firm. Personal data that we collect and maintain in our systems are limited only to physical address, email address and telephone numbers of Companies and personnel related solely to the nature of our business. User-Supplied Information: We may collect user-supplied information when you choose to provide us with your Personal information via our direct correspondence or via the Xclusiv.gr website, including when you send us an email asking a question. We keep web-contact form submissions which we receive via emails for a maximum period of six months. The information submitted through them is used for our business purposes only, and is not shared with third parties, for marketing purposes or other.

We keep a secured database. Our database is secured, requiring authorised access (password protected and restricted access) and totally independent. We have the option to delete data upon request.
